Slurry Pumps
MULTOTEC – a sister company of STEINHAUS GmbH – has been producing a diverse range of machines and wear parts for processing technology for over 40 years.
This includes cyclones and spiral separators as well as solids pumps, with and without drive unit.
Our pumps are designed to efficiently transport abrasive and corrosive slurries in a wide range of industries, from mining and mineral processing to pulp and paper and wastewater treatment.
In order to meet our claim of high customer satisfaction, we offer comprehensive service in addition to comprehensive consulting. Among other things, this includes offering our customers the best possible operational reliability. This means not only the optimal selection of the pump type, for the required application to determine, but also, in case of emergency, to know the spare parts supply secured.
For this reason, we have set up an extensive spare parts warehouse.
General information
Impeller
Depending on the application, we supply optimized versions of the impeller. The adjustment of the impeller is easy to handle and is done from the outside via the bearing unit.
In addition to rubber and steel, our impellers can be supplied in various special designs. e.g.: made of ceramic or PU.
Sealing options
MULTOTEC pumps can be equipped with different shaft seals. Depending on the application, either with or without sealing water connection. Maintenance and repairs can be carried out easily and quickly.
Casing
The proven design allows easy and quick replacement of wear parts, whether rubber lining, chrome steel, plastic or other materials.
Bearing assembly
The short overhangs of the shaft reduce the load on the bearing and prevent vibrations. A generously dimensioned drive unit ensures long-term trouble-free operation.
If required, reinforced bearings are also possible.
HD pumps with rubber linings
This series was developed for highly abrasive suspensions. Due to the rubber wear protection, this pump series is particularly suitable for pumping sands of different particle sizes.
HD pumps with steel linings
In addition to the sand and gravel industry, this series is also used in tunnel construction, in the sugar industry for wastewater treatment, but also for feeding chamber filter presses. The wear parts are available in different qualities.
MD Pumps
The MD Pump range is a cost-effective solution for
medium-duty slurry applications, and the design
allows for easy maintenance.
Solid casing
The clamp design allows easy and quick replacement of wearing parts. Maintenance can thus be carried out easily.
Vertical pumps
In addition to our proven pump program of horizontal pumps, we can also offer vertical pumps in various designs.
