Quick installation
Thanks to the extraordinary magnetic force of the STEINHAUS MLock system, installation can be carried out in the shortest possible time, as shown in the video. The magnets automatically pull the screen lining into the correct position along the positioning cams, which saves time and money.
Installation from below
STEINHAUS MLock can also be mounted from below. This special feature enables quick, easy and safe installation even in inaccessible places. To meet the requirements of the new standard EN 1009-4, many screening machines must be built significantly higher for classic system screens. Thanks to the option of mounting from below, this requirement usually does not have to be met with STEINHAUS MLock.
Durability
The magnets are integrated permanently and cost-effectively in the adapter bar of the STEINHAUS MLock system and do not need to be replaced with the screen panel. Wear and corrosion on the longitudinal beams of the screening machine therefore have no influence on the attachment of the screen components.
