Braided link belt of Group 100
This flat wire link belt consists of flat wire spirals densely braided in alternate right and left directions. The cross bars are smooth or optionally ribbed.
Flat wire link belts are used in continuous furnaces or drying installations and are produced in a width of up to 5,000 mm. They can withstand temperatures of -100°C to +1200 °C.
Specifications:
Spirals (flat wire): 1.0 x 0.7 – 6.0 x 3.0 mm
Cross bars: 1.2 – 8.0 mm

This round wire link belt consists of round wire spirals densely braided in alternate right and left directions. The cross bars are smooth or optionally ribbed.
Round wire link belts are used in continuous furnaces or drying installations, for conveying cast products or for bread baking and can be produced in a width of up to 5,000 mm. They can withstand temperatures of -100°C to +1200 °C.

This braided link belt consists of flat wire spirals widely braided in alternate right and left directions. The cross bars are corrugated.
The braided link belt is used for glass and briquette cooling, baking and roasting ovens and veneer drying. These belts can be produced in a width of up to 6,000 mm. They can withstand temperatures of -100°C to +1200 °C.
