The combination belt consists of a center part made of group 400 with hinge like side parts of group 500, which allow a crosswise hutching. A positive drive is provided by gear wheels.
This belt type is used in belt filter systems. Combination belts are manufactured up to a width of 2,000 mm and can withstand temperatures of up to 1,200°C.
