AQUAPLAST fan nozzles
AQUAPLAST fan nozzles with a wide beam effect have proven their worth on screening machines for years, especially in washing processes.
They are wear- and corrosion-resistant, largely blockage-free in shower water, even with particles up to max. 3 mm. A uniformly wide, fan-shaped curtain of water, with pressure of 0.5 to 3.5 bar, is the optimal prerequisite for excellent washing results without loss from splashing. AQUAPLAST fan nozzles can also be used instead of strong water jet showers.
Even the mini version is great!
For confined spaces, e.g. in the screening machine’s lower deck, we can supply the fan leaves in a mini version, which reduces the construction height by 18 mm.
