CLEANBELT® is a mechanical, virtually maintenance-free cleaning system developed specifically for Steinhaus rolled baking oven belts.

At its core is a rotating cylinder consisting of individually mounted toothed discs – or sprockets – combined with spacer rings, all precisely tailored to match the mesh geometry of the belt. CLEANBELT® actively engages with the belt’s mesh structure and presses out dirt from within the mesh openings, preventing residues from building up and hardening. In other words, it keeps contamination from taking hold in the first place.

In many cases, fine particles may still cling to the underside of the belt. These are then removed by the downstream brush system, ensuring that the reverse side of the belt is fully cleaned and the result is consistently hygienic.

Thanks to its freely supported frame, CLEANBELT® automatically adjusts to slight lateral belt movements – making it ideal for free-running, unguided conveyor belts.
