From May 18 to 22, 2025, STEINHAUS GmbH presented itself at iba 2025 in Düsseldorf – the world’s leading trade fair for bakery, confectionery, and snacks. At our booth in Hall 10, Stand C14, we showcased our latest developments together with our partners Drahtwerk Oberndorfer Hütte Peter Weil GmbH & Co. KG and Unibelt B.V..

The new BELT CLEANER® 2.0

A highlight of our trade fair appearance was the presentation of the BELT CLEANER® 2.0. This cleaning system was specially developed for STEINHAUS rolled baking oven belts and is particularly aimed at the cookie and biscuit industry. The compact all-in-one system combines a cleaning shaft with an integrated brush unit and offers:

• 70% lighter shaft weight
• Optimized belt guidance
• Lower investment cost
• Available widths up to 2.5 meters

With over 350 successful installations worldwide, STEINHAUS is setting new standards in hygiene and efficiency for industrial baked goods production.

All wire belts in the spotlight

Another highlight: STEINHAUS also presented its complete range of wire belts at the fair. Visitors were able to get a close-up look at the different types of belts, their applications, and quality features.

Strong international presence

For the first time, 36 representatives and partners from 14 different countries actively supported the STEINHAUS booth. This international presence reflects STEINHAUS’s growing global reach and the close collaboration with our worldwide partner network.

Commitment and networking

The trade fair appearance gave STEINHAUS the opportunity to nurture existing customer relationships and make new contacts. The team was pleased to have numerous conversations with trade visitors and industry experts. The presentation of innovative solutions underscored the company’s commitment to quality and progress in the baking industry.
